What are the sizing for the hoodies?

Are AFG products unisex?

Most of our products are unisex unless told otherwise.

When will my orders be shipped?

Due to products being made to order, orders will take 2-4 weeks to process and ship. If your order takes more than 4 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. 

For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc. is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

AFG "WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE"  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

All orders with delivery issues where the package is labeled delivered and the customer didn’t receive the package must file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is unsuccessful upon further review we may issue a store credit for the amount of the package that is in question.

What is the return policy?

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.

 

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.

 

Returns

We accept returns for refunds. If you are not satisfied with your product, you are eligible to return the product within 7 days after receiving it. To do so, kindly get in touch with us here.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

afgattire.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Website will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Where will my funds go after a refund?

Refunds are sent to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the original payment method you will be responsible to reach out to your financial institution.
